In addition to this authorization, the government still allows e-commerce, the safest way to obtain products in today’s environment. As such, we will be continuing to sell and distribute our products to consumers through this channel, via our own website, as well as retail partners.

Rest assured that we have implemented all the safety measures required in all our establishments, including our factory and our distribution center, to ensure the safety and health of all. Our warehouse team currently processing online orders work in alternate shifts to practice social distancing guidelines, which may slightly affect shipping times.

Payment Method

LE REFLET accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for billing addresses in Canada. You will be asked to enter your payment information at the last step of the order. The credit card data entered on the site is secure. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of order.

If you have a LE REFLET account, you may view your order history on by signing in to Your Account and selecting My Order History from the menu on the right. To see your order history, click here. You can place an order from a previous purchase in My Order History.

Free shipping with every purchase of $150 and over.

Orders will be processed within one to two business days.

Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
